Mihenk Avukatlık & Arabuluculuk

About Us

Mihenk Law & Mediation is a law office providing legal and mediation services in Çankaya, Ankara.

Our name comes from the touchstone (mihenk taşı), used to test the purity of gold. We test the legal value of a claim the same way, against the documents and the legislation: we first review the file, then set out the options clearly.

We provide litigation, contract and compliance advice and mediation services to individuals and companies. Where appropriate, we also consider resolving the dispute without a lawsuit, through mediation or settlement.

In many employment, commercial, consumer and tenancy disputes in Turkey, applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a lawsuit. Our office represents parties in mediation meetings and also provides mediation services. Voluntary mediation is also possible in matters such as partition of co-owned property and division of an estate.
